Meet Our Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy Team

Our Ottawa-based team brings together clinical psychology, psychotherapy, psychological assessment and diagnostic clarification. We work with adults, adolescents, children, couples and parents across Ontario and Gatineau, primarily virtually, with select in-person appointments available in Ottawa.

Corrine Easy, M.C. (Psych), C. Psych. Assoc.

Member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario

Corrine provides psychological assessment and treatment for adolescents and adults across a broad range of mental health concerns. Her practice is grounded in comprehensive assessment, individualized clinical formulation, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), with an emphasis on understanding the factors contributing to a person's difficulties before developing an individualized treatment plan.

She has particular clinical interests in anxiety disorders, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), ADHD across the lifespan, executive functioning, and comprehensive psychological assessment. Corrine has completed advanced training in ADHD assessment, ADHD in women, and the psychological impact of perimenopause and menopause, with a particular interest in understanding how hormonal changes influence attention, executive functioning, mood, cognition, and overall psychological functioning.

Corrine is known for helping clients feel comfortable quickly and for working with people who have not achieved the results they were hoping for through previous treatment. She believes effective psychological care begins with understanding why difficulties have developed and what factors continue to maintain them. This understanding provides the foundation for practical, individualized treatment that is tailored to each person's needs rather than a standardized approach.

JENNIFER PEDDAR, M.Ed., RP

Registered Psychotherapist | Senior Associate & Partner

Jennifer’s greatest strength is her ability to identify what requires attention without losing sight of the broader clinical picture. She helps clients organize complex thoughts and emotions, clarify the factors contributing to their difficulties, and develop practical strategies that reflect their circumstances and goals.

She provides psychological treatment to adolescents, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. Her approach is individualized rather than protocol-driven, with treatment adapted to each client’s history, strengths, needs, and current context.

Jennifer brings more than a decade of clinical experience across hospital, community, neuropsychology, and private-practice settings. Her previous work includes McMaster Children’s Hospital, Cornwall Community Hospital, the Centre for Cognitive Therapy, and Brookside Therapy. This breadth of experience supports a flexible approach to treatment and strong clinical judgment when presentations are complex or involve several interacting concerns.

She has completed advanced training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), anxiety, depression, and trauma with internationally recognized clinicians and trainers. She integrates evidence-based treatment with careful formulation to develop plans that are clinically appropriate, realistic, and tailored to the individual.

Clients often find Jennifer easy to speak with and describe feeling understood and better able to identify what to address first. Her work focuses on reducing overwhelm, establishing clear treatment priorities, and helping clients apply practical strategies between sessions.

Cynthia Dewolfe, M.A.CP, RP (Qualifying)

Member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario

Cynthia provides psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults, with a particular strength in working with children and families. She has a natural ability to build rapport with children, helping them feel comfortable, understood, and engaged while creating a supportive environment where they can develop practical skills to manage anxiety, strong emotions, social challenges, and everyday stress.

She also works with adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, school-related pressures, relationship difficulties, and emotional regulation challenges. With adults, Cynthia provides treatment for anxiety, depression, workplace stress and burnout, grief, caregiving responsibilities, and major life transitions. Her approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to each person's unique circumstances and goals.

Before becoming a psychotherapist, Cynthia developed extensive experience in healthcare, including geriatric and dementia care, pediatric palliative care at Roger's House, bereavement support, and services for individuals and families coping with serious illness, caregiving responsibilities, and loss. These experiences strengthened her ability to remain calm, compassionate, and clinically focused when clients are managing multiple challenges at once.

Cynthia's therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). She works collaboratively with clients to understand the factors contributing to their difficulties, strengthen emotional regulation, develop effective coping strategies, and build practical skills that support lasting improvements in everyday life.

Clients often appreciate Cynthia's calm, patient, and reassuring manner. She has a gift for helping children feel safe and helping parents feel understood and supported while working together toward meaningful, achievable goals.

Lee's role extends well beyond administration. She serves as a consistent point of contact throughout the assessment and therapy process, helping clients feel informed, supported, and connected between appointments. She works closely with both clients and clinicians, coordinating communication, following up on outstanding questions, and ensuring that important information is shared with the appropriate member of the clinical team.

She understands that reaching out for psychological services can feel unfamiliar or overwhelming, and she is committed to making the process feel approachable, organized, and easy to navigate from the very first contact.

Before joining Corrine Easy & Associates, Lee worked in medical office administration and as a Medical Research Coordinator, supporting family physicians and medical specialists throughout the Ottawa area.
