Corrine is a Member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario and has been working in mental health treatment for over 20 years. She treats adults, children and adolescents in her clinical practice. Corrine is an expert in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of the full spectrum of anxiety disorders including, generalized anxiety, phobias, trauma and related disorders, depression, eating disorders, behavioural disorders, emotional regulation problems, personality disorders and gender identity concerns (WPATH member).
Corrine has completed over 10 years of rigorous academic and clinical training including her Internship and Residency at the Centre for Cognitive Therapy. She has won scholarships and awards for her academic excellence, and graduated top of her class in 2005. Corrine trained under renowned psychologists such as Dr. Christine Padesky and Dr. Martin Antony, as well as with The Albert Ellis Institute in New York and the Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre in England. An active educator, Corrine supervised many graduate students during their Clinical Practicums. She has also worked as a professor in the School of Health and Community Services at Algonquin College. Corrine is known for being warm, down to earth and practical while delivering effective treatments supported by the most current research.
Corrine is originally from the Ottawa area and has deep community roots. She and her husband of 22 years are avid hockey fans and enjoy raising their two children.

Jennifer Peddar is a Clinical Associate and a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She has provided psychological based assessment and treatment over the last 9 years to adults, youth and children. Her areas of clinical expertise include treatment for anxiety, depression, personality disorders, trauma, and stress management, as well as interpersonal challenges in relationships.
Jennifer has an exceptional academic record including awards for academic excellence. She has significant experience delivering services in both hospital and community settings including, McMaster Children’s Hospital, Cornwall Community Hospital, the Center for Cognitive Therapy, and Brookside Therapy, a neuropsychology practice. Jennifer has completed numerous advanced training programs with renowned psychologists who specialize in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. She has received advanced specialized training in assessment and treatment of anxiety and depression from Dr. Aaron Beck and Dr. Amy Wenzel at the Beck Institute of Cognitive Therapy in Philadelphia. She has also completed several clinical training programs led by Dr. Sanjay Rao to refine her skills in treating social anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Jennifer additionally completed certifications in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy through McMaster University and in Crisis and Suicide intervention through Ottawa University. Jennifer is known for her deep empathic skills, warm approach, and dedication to excellence in clinical treatment.
Although raised in the city of Montreal, Jennifer now enjoys her rural life on the outskirts of Ottawa. Happily married, both her and her husband keep busy raising their two young children
JENNIFER PEDDAR, M.Ed., RP(Qualifying)
Cynthia is a dedicated member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario with a robust career in the healthcare field since 2009. Her areas of expertise include the treatment of anxiety, depression, and emotion regulation challenges, as well as supporting individuals navigating grief, bereavement, emotional burnout and career stress. She works with Adults, Adolescents and older children.
Cynthia brings a rich and varied background to her work in mental health, beginning her career in Recreation Therapy after earning her degree from the University of Waterloo in 2011. Her foundational undergraduate training included training at the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre, where she focused on Geriatrics and Dementia Care, and at Roger’s House, a pediatric palliative care hospice where she worked with children 8 months to 16 years who were managing terminal illness, as well as their siblings and parents. Cynthia both organized and offered bereavement support services to families.
Following graduation, Cynthia gained further expertise through roles at the Alzheimer’s Society of Peel, Granite Ridge Specialty Care Facility, and the Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew. Her pursuit of advanced knowledge led her to complete a Master’s degree, where she received specialized training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy at Yorkville University. Cynthia’s internship at First Light Therapy provided her with hands-on experience managing a diverse range of mental health concerns.
CYNTHIA DEWOLFE, M.A.CP, RP (Qualifying)
Lee has extensive experience and training as a Medical Office Administrator and has held previous positions as a Medical Research Coordinator. She has worked for a number of family physicians and medical specialists in the Ottawa area and brings years of experience working collaboratively with patients and managing confidential information.
Lee takes a very warm and down to earth approach working with clients and she is highly knowledgeable about the services she delivers and the telemedicine platform we employ. She believes in high quality client services from the waiting room experience to scheduling, coordinating appointments and managing billing and client accounts. As the Treatment Coordinator, Lee is available to act as a liaison between practitioners and clients in between therapy sessions, and to triage client concerns to assure they feel supported. Lee is available to assist our clients with any questions they have about the assessment, diagnosis and treatment procedures as well as to guide clients through their introduction to the clinic and the user friendly telemedicine platform.
Lee enjoys country Living with her husband and their black lab Hudson. Now that they are empty nesters, Hudson has become one spoiled pooch!

Charlotte is an enthusiastic and driven Psychology student at Carleton University, where her academic excellence has earned her a place on the Dean’s Honour List, and the Chalmers Jack Mackenzie Scholarship. Her passion for psychology is matched by her eagerness to learn and grow, as she actively seeks out opportunities to expand her knowledge and contribute meaningfully to the field. Charlotte has eagerly engaged in foundational training in cognitive therapy for children and adolescents and works closely with our clinicians to develop innovative, personalized tools to meet the unique needs of each child in therapy. She has created games, skill cards, and other resources tailored to a child’s individual interests, developmental level, or specific challenges, enhancing the therapeutic experience and promoting engagement.
Beyond her academic achievements, Charlotte brings a diverse and valuable skill set to her internship. With a background in delivering recreation and leisure curriculum to geriatric residents, including those with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory care needs, she has gained invaluable experience working with vulnerable populations. This has deepened her understanding of cognitive decline and mental health in older adults, while fueling her desire to make a tangible impact in this area.
Charlotte consistently demonstrates initiative, responsibility, and creativity in her work with our team. Her proactive approach and dedication to her personal and professional growth make her a valuable asset, and we are excited to support her as she advances in her studies with the ultimate goal of delivering therapy services and making meaningful contributions to the field of psychology.
